Materials

The new construction technologies offer dry assembly both for cladding solutions and for ventilated screen systems. We have come to a wide range of elements that can meet all the requirements of the cladding and of the customer.

The ventilated façade cladding can therefore be composed of several materials, mainly the most used materials are:

  • Simple or composite aluminium
  • HPL laminates
  • Fiber cement
  • Terracotta
  • Compressed rockwool Rockpanel
  • Ceramic and porcelain stone
  • Natural and reconstituted stone
  • Wood
  • Stainless steel and Cor-Ten steel
  • WPC - Composite Wood

In any case, a material with adequate mechanical strength able to withstand the weather can be used for the realization of the façade cladding.

The claddings need a substructure that is intended to support the cladding itself and to create a cavity between the insulation or the wall and the external façade.
The structures to be used outdoors must meet some essential requirements.
Considering that a façade must last over time, it is essential to use materials that provide guarantees.

For this reason Eureka Project mostly uses aluminium extrusions which undoubtedly represent the best value for money.

It is also possible to use other materials such as wood, galvanized steel and stainless steel.
Eureka Project will be able to advise you on the best choice for your realization.
